Antony Marcano

Antony Marcano has over 17 years of experience working on agile projects, including coaching organisations of all shapes and sizes through transformations towards greater agility.

He spends almost as much of his time as a practitioner as he does as a coach or trainer, sharing his experiences with the community in various ways: including as a contributor to books such as Agile Coaching and Agile Testing, with references in Bridging the Communication Gap, and Software Craftsmanship Apprenticeship Patterns.

Antony has been working closely with Kent Beck to establish the London 3X community; exploring, expanding and extracting from this emerging thinking model. His work in the community also includes regular appearances at international conferences speaking on agility and as a regular guest speaker to post-graduates in Software Engineering at Oxford University.
